Berean Christian School Announces Vincent Lambdin as New Athletic Director

Knoxville, TN — Berean Christian School is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Lambdin as the school’s new Athletic Director, effective January 15, 2026.
Following a season of prayerful discernment, Berean Christian School has to identified a new leader to guide its athletic program. The Athletic Director position was posted on the school’s website and the ACSI Jobs Board, resulting in more than twenty-five applications from across the country. After multiple rounds of interviews involving campus administrators, school leadership, and the School Board, Berean confidently believes God has led the school to Vincent Lambdin for this role.
Lambdin brings a wealth of experience in both athletics and student mentorship. He previously served as an assistant football coach and head softball coach at Fulton High School, where he was also involved with the Play It Smart program. For the past ten years, he has worked with the Boys and Girls Clubs, mentoring and supporting students at West High School and Karns High School.
In addition to his coaching background, Lambdin is known for his strong commitment to discipleship and his passion for investing in students and coaches. His philosophy closely aligns with Berean Christian School’s mission to develop students spiritually, academically, and physically, using athletics as a meaningful platform for character development, leadership growth, and Christ-centered living.
“Throughout this entire process, we sought the Lord’s guidance and trusted Him to lead us,” said Brad Neal, Upper Campus Principal at Berean Christian School. “We are confident that God has prepared Vince for this role and are excited to welcome him as he joins the work God is already doing through Berean athletics.”
