Enrollment Steps: 

1. Tour: To begin your enrollment process, please schedule a private tour of our campus through our school office. 865-521-6054 ext. 200

2. Online Application/Fee Paid: Once your tour is complete, you can submit your application by clicking the "Apply Now" button below.

3. Testing (PreK-9th Grade): After we receive your online application, your child will receive placement and academic testing.

4. Testing Results Reviewed with Family: After testing is complete, we will meet with you to go over the results. 

5. Prior Record Review (1st- 12th Grades): Along with testing results, we will receive prior school records. 

6. Family/Student Interview: The final step is a family and student interview with a faculty member where you can ask questions, share your hopes for your child, and get acquainted with your child's new school. 

7. First Month Tuition Paid: Enrollment is considered "official" when we receive the first month of paid tuition. ​​

ONLINE APPLICATION NOTES: Once you register for an account, you'll receive an email with a unique link. Click it to access your personalized application portal and guide, where you can complete the requested fields. This will include uploading documents (birth certificates, immunization records, prior academic records, recommendation letters, etc). If some of these documents aren't available at the time of application, they can be submitted at a later time. Please make sure you complete the application process by submitting the $150 fee at the end of the application.
