BEREAN

We are committed to discipling students in God's Word through Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, and Student Life. Our campus is alive with opportunities for students to grown in their faith, navigate the challenges of growing up, and build relationships with our teachers and staff. We make our best memories in weekly chapels, special days spent outside of the classroom, overnight trips for middle schoolers, high school retreat, Impact national/international trips, service projects, and daily through the creativity of our incredible teachers.

Uniquely

our

mission

Berean Christian School is a caring team of parents and teachers committed to excellence through a Christ-centered, Biblically integrated education which equips students to impact the world for Christ.

“Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, even Jesus our Lord, equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever.” Hebrews 13:20-21

our

philosophy

We believe the main focus of Berean Christian School is to be Christ-centered and we want to offer students a chance to view life as God sees it. Two core goals of our school are redemption and restoration, and that’s why we make the gospel a central part of what we do.

By doing this, we can create opportunities for non-believers to experience salvation and for believers to build on that foundation. We want to impart to our students the wisdom they need to present themselves complete in Christ and the knowledge and tools to impact their world.

We believe all truth is God’s truth. First, is revealed truth, that is, those things conveyed by the Word of God. This is paramount since it offers the necessary perspective that leads to discovered truth. That is why the Bible (God’s written word) is the foundational and integrative element for the pursuit of excellence in our entire curriculum.

God has given parents the ultimate responsibility for educating their children. We also believe some of that responsibility has been given to Berean since it functions as an extension of the home. We believe it can be our role to facilitate Christian education, without overstepping or taking the place of the primary authority of the home. We see this responsibility as a high honor and it is not one we take lightly. Our school can best fulfill its mission when educators, coaches, and staff are able to work cooperatively with godly parents to give students a consistently God-centered environment.
