
Athletic Director
Berean Christian School is a Christ-centered K–12 educational institution dedicated to academic excellence and spiritual development. Our mission is to glorify God by equipping students with the knowledge, character, and faith to impact the world for Christ. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Athletic Director who will lead our athletic program with integrity, vision, and a commitment to Christian values.​

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years coaching/teaching experience, preferably in multiple sports.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Administrative experience is preferred.

Self-starter, able to work independently.

Entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.
Administration:
-
Oversees the entire athletic department for K -12th grades, including: coaches, events, budget, schedules, and compliance.

Hires, equips, and encourages coaches for all sports teams. Ensures that all coaches
-
have been properly trained to provide for the discipleship and safety of all athletes.

Schedules, ensures proper oversight, referees, and records for all athletic contests.

Assists coaches in providing necessary transportation, uniforms, and equipment.

Oversees the athletic budget.

Provide for the completion and filing of all necessary paperwork for athletes.

Schedule the use of the school facilities for practices, workouts, and contests.
Eligibility:
-
Ensures that the Berean Athletic Department complies with all TSSAA rules and regulations.

Communicates eligibility requirements to parents and athletes. Informs parents and students of the result of the eligibility report provided by the guidance counselor.
Any additional assigned duties agreed to by the guidance counselor and principal.
