DROPOFF SCHEDULE:
● Beginning Friday 9/11 parents can drop off clothes at the lower campus office beginning at 12:00 through 4:00 pm.
● On Monday, 9/14 parents can drop off clothes at the lower campus beginning at 7:30 am. Clothes can continue to be dropped off throughout the sale.
● By Wednesday 9/16 unsold clothes need to be picked up between 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Items not picked up by 9/17 will be donated.
TO SELL:
● New Option: If you would prefer to skip tagging and donate your uniform items to the school, all money raised with donated items will go to Berean Blessings. Please do still hang your items as described below.
● Bring all clothing items that meet the Berean dress code to the Elementary office
● Please only bring items in good condition.
● All sellers (unless you are donating) must use tags to identify an item as yours. Tags can be picked up at the lower campus office.
● Each consignor will have a number. You can use the same number as you have in previous years. If you need a consignor number, or have forgotten yours, check with Susie Little or Pam Drummer in the elementary office (ext. 200)
● A $5 participation fee will be collected before your proceeds are distributed through the lower campus office on or after 9/16.
● Safety pin tags in the underarm area of shirts and on the right side (if you are looking at the front of the shirt), hanger to the left. Please do not use straight pins.
● Please turn all hangers to the left and put all clothes except pants/shorts on hangers.
TO BUY:
● Shop at the lower campus at the times listed above.
● Pay with CASH OR CHECK
We need volunteers! Before, during and after the sale.
Please contact me with questions or to volunteer. Volunteers have the opportunity to shop the sale early.
