The professionals on staff at BCS have been carefully selected in keeping with our mission statement. Each exhibits both outstanding teaching ability and loving, Christ-like character. The greatest, most valuable resource at BCS is our stellar faculty and staff. We are proud to have 40+ full and part time teachers, sixteen of whom have attained a Master's Degree or higher and 20 who graduated with honors or higher when receiving their college degree. While meeting all ACSI and SACS accreditation standards, our teachers boast an average of 10 years of experience in education.

By attracting and retaining only those faculty members with a passion for their subject matter and who demonstrate a commitment to our goal of cultivating lifelong learners and ambassadors for Christ, we are able to graduate students who can identify and develop their personal gifts through continued pursuit and application of knowledge, truth, and service.
